If there’s one fictional character I relate the most to, it’s Leslie Knope of Parks & Rec. Intelligent, driven, motivated by love of community.. and lover of breakfast foods.
I don’t often take time in the morning to eat breakfast, as my morning routine involves rolling out of bed just in time to take a shower, get dressed, and leave, so on the mornings when I do slow down, I like to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and hot, breakfasty goodness.
Thankfully, I have friends who also enjoy all things breakfast, and we’ve instituted a monthly brunch club! Meeting the second weekend of the month, we hop around different breakfast joints in GR to grab food and gab. This past month, we chose to go to Marie Catrib’s.
