This past weekend, I had the honor of being a part of the committee putting on our annual Year End Gala celebration for the Grand Rapids Jaycees. We have been working on the Gala for the past two months – after the whirlwind of projects like the Santa Parade and Holiday Shopping tour. Thankfully, our team worked well together and things went well!

We held our event at the new Homewood Suites by Hilton, a new hotel to downtown Grand Rapids. They were amazing to work with, and we enjoyed the space. We rented one of their meeting rooms, as well as the bar, which features exposed brick walls and a beautiful half circle window.
